The department of Agadatantra and Vidhi Ayurveda comprises of Toxicology and Medical Jurisprudence. It deals with Poisonous plants and animals, its origin, signs and symptoms, complications, management and its medico-legal aspects. It also deals with Residual and cumulative toxicological presentation, Gara visha (artificial poisons) Dooshi visha (Low potent poisons), medical jurisprudence and medico-legal cases etc. The department comprises of Dry & Wet specimens, Models, Charts, weapons, chemicals, and compilations.
